We prove that yes, as much as possible! Summer time fills us with optimism, the sun outside the window stimulates life; not only people, but also all the vegetation. Imagine, dear guests, that you recall your grandmother’s garden, where justthe first crops bloomed and you walk between the beds, then the smell of the surroundings makes childhood memories become clear and transparent again. This cocktail helps you stop in place and return to your native roots… Or maybe it just convinces you to lean towards adulthood and overcome those roots? Decide for yourself! The taste is non-obvious, slightly beetroot-like, sweetened by artichoke and corn liqueurs, earthy and leafy, yet remains crisp with a smooth finish. With its color, it alludes to polish: a red liquid with a light lump of ice. Next to it you’ll find beet chips sprinkled with sea salt, which enhance the artistry, boosting the cocktail’s flavor. <\/p>\n\n
