This is where the rhythm of music mixes with the aromas of Creole food. <\/p>\n\n<p>Vertigo&#8217;s new menu features dishes that will transport you straight to the streets of this remarkable city:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Corn Ribs &#8211; a crunchy and juicy snack with a modern twist,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orleans-style moules &#8211; seafood in a flavorful sauce,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creole Cheesecake &#8211; a dessert in which a cheesecake classic meets a spicy touch of southern cuisine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">American diversity &#8211; Chicago, New York and the flavors of jazz clubs<\/h2>\n\n<p>Jazz resounded in the clubs of Chicago and New York, and with it were born the culinary classics of American cuisine.
