We are happy to announce that a new Chef, Mr. Oskar Gajdur, has joined the Vertigo Jazz Club & Restaurant team. The creators of Vertigo have always strived to provide guests with an unforgettable experience, both musically and gastronomically. Mr. Oskar is committed to continuing this vision. When asked what is most important to him in his work, he answers: “Being able to participate in the most important moments of the guests’ lives. I once cooked for a couple just before their engagement – I don’t know who had more stress, me or the young man with the ring.” The new menu reflects his passion for quality and consistency in every meal. He draws inspiration from American and Asian cuisine, which can be seen in dishes such as our carpaccio. “I believe the new menu will surprise guests and allow them to discover a new facet of Vertigo’s cuisine,” he adds hopefully.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
