The 8th edition of the Vertigo Summer Jazz Festival is slowly coming to an end – only the last postponed concert is ahead of us, to be held on August 13 at the Marina Kleczków beach. It has been an extraordinary month: full of music, emotions and unforgettable moments created together with you in the rhythm of jazz.
This year’s edition of the festival features as many as 34 concerts organized in the most picturesque corners of Wroclaw. From parks, rooftops and beaches, to the streetcar and the Wratislavia ship, to spaces such as the Centennial Hall and Hydropolis. Jazz sounded where it doesn’t reach every day creating a unique experience for thousands of attendees. Performers on the festival stage included Stanislaw Soyka, Henryk Miśkiewicz, Faustina Calavera, Luname and many other great artists who touched the hearts of the audience and enriched the festival with their unique sounds.
Together with more than 20,000 jazz lovers, we celebrated summer, music and the energy of the city. Thank you for being with us.
This edition of the festival was not only a celebration of jazz, but also a powerful promotional campaign for the city and all our partners. Your commitment, openness and hospitality were invaluable.
