Music and food have more in common than you might think. At Vertigo Jazz Club & Restaurant, jazz music is not just a background, it’s part of our place’s DNA. That’s why the new menu was inspired by jazz: full of rhythm, variety and non-obvious combinations.
Tastes of New Orleans – the heart of jazz and Creole cuisine
New Orleans is the city where jazz was born, but also a mecca for culinary inspiration. This is where the rhythm of music mixes with the aromas of Creole food.
Vertigo’s new menu features dishes that will transport you straight to the streets of this remarkable city:
- Corn Ribs – a crunchy and juicy snack with a modern twist,
- Orleans-style moules – seafood in a flavorful sauce,
- Creole Cheesecake – a dessert in which a cheesecake classic meets a spicy touch of southern cuisine.
American diversity – Chicago, New York and the flavors of jazz clubs
Jazz resounded in the clubs of Chicago and New York, and with it were born the culinary classics of American cuisine. At Vertigo, we pay tribute to this diversity by reaching for dishes that have become iconic:
- full of character burgers,
- The iconic Bang Bang Shrimps,
- Juicy BBQ ribs – a must for fans of American flavor.
Our cuisine, which, like jazz, delights with its energy and constant evolution.
New cocktail card
The new cocktail menu at Vertigo is an improvisation where classic notes meet bold interpretations.
- Apple Pie and Old Orchard evoke the warmth of homemade tunes,
- Scarlet and Berry Vines Martini introduce fruity accents full of energy,
- Golden Jam Session and Golden Heart show that a cocktail can be surprising, intense and full of character.
There was also no lack of freshness and lightness:
- The Singleton Apple Spritz,
- Green Note,
- Freya’s Fjord – is a nod to the harmony and joy of playing in a band.
We invite you to taste jazz in its full dimension: on stage, on a plate and in a glass.
