American whiskey is a story of turbulent times, forbidden liquor and master craftsmanship. Join us for a 2-hour tasting that will take you back to the pre- and post-Prohibition era to discover how the taste and process of bourbon, rye whiskey and unique single cask editions have changed.

Under the guidance of an experienced bartender, you will explore the secrets of the American craft of distilling. You will learn how Prohibition forced producers to get creative and how its end changed the world of whiskey forever. You will learn about the differences in production, ingredients and aging methods that influenced the unique character of these spirits.

During the tasting, you will learn how to properly taste whiskey to appreciate its aroma, flavor and texture. Each sample will reveal to you a different chapter of American history, and we will make sure that you leave richer not only in knowledge, but also in new favorite flavors!

Are you ready for a journey through the golden age of American whiskey – from illegal distilleries to modern single cask gems?
