Glamour & Stars: A Movie-Themed New Year’s Eve Celebration with the Vertigo Band

Ladies and Gentlemen,

As promised, this year Vertigo Jazz Club & Restaurant is joining forces with Concordia Taste for this truly special final night of the year.

We are delighted to announce a year-end celebration — a New Year’s Eve filled with elegance, sparkle, and cinematic magic. The event will take place on the fourth floor of the Concordia building, offering a panoramic view of the illuminated night skyline of Wrocław.

During the evening, you will be entertained by the crown jewel of Vertigo — the Vertigo Band — performing music inspired by the golden age of Hollywood cinema. The theme of the night will revolve around iconic films and legendary movie stars, while the interiors of Concordia Design will set the stage for an extraordinary film gala. After the concert, a DJ will take over, igniting the dance floor and ensuring the rhythm carries on until morning.

Elegant, formal attire is highly encouraged — ladies are invited to wear stunning evening gowns, while gentlemen are welcome in tuxedos or elegant suits. The atmosphere will resemble unforgettable movie award galas, with musical and film classics filling the dance floor and enhancing the unique ambiance of the night.

A refined bar and culinary offering awaits you on site — exquisite dishes and refreshing cocktails designed to elevate this magical evening. All of this unfolds in an atmosphere of glamour and class, guaranteeing unforgettable moments filled with joy and dancing.

Bite-size appetizers
– Dry-aged beef with pear and mustard mousse, buttered bread, and celery remoulade
– Mushroom pâté with hazelnut, thyme, lemon gel, and rye bread
– Gravlax of salmon trout from Zielenica with apricot and sea buckthorn mousse, pickled cucumber, and cracker
– Tartlet with Jerusalem artichoke mousse, brown butter, Jerusalem artichoke chips, and chives
– Marinated pumpkin with hazelnut cream, cherry, and pumpkin seeds
– Breaded paneer cheese with pickled cucumber and sour cornelian cherry

Main dishes
– Lithuanian potato dumplings filled with pork neck in apricot-infused roast sauce
– Confit duck leg with red cabbage and apples from the Grójec region
– Chicken supreme with cranberry roast sauce and roasted root vegetables
– Roasted pumpkin in puff pastry with smoked tomato and pepper sauce
– Potato gratin
– Blanched vegetables with green olive oil and seeds
– Roasted pumpkin with Jerusalem artichoke, rutabaga, kale, and lentils braised in tomatoes
– Romaine lettuce with hard cheese, green beans, mustard dressing, and croutons
– Caramelized beets with hazelnuts, pear, and mint

– Pear with caramelized oat flakes and rosemary mousse
– Yogurt cake with almond cream and apricot gel
